I usually do not leave a response, however after looking at a few of the comments on
this page Jackson annotations with MongoDB | developer.
vz.net. I actually do have a few questions for you if it’s allright. Is it simply me or does it look like some of these responses come across as if they are written by brain dead individuals? :-P And, if you are posting on other sites, I would like to keep up with everything fresh you have to post. Would you list of every one of all your social pages like your twitter feed, Facebook page or linkedin profile?

Also mit Pidgin funktioniert das ganze wunderbar, bis auf einen Makel, nämlich das euer Zertifikat anscheinend abgelaufen ist und man es jedes mal manuell akzeptieren muss.

@Michael Danke für dein Engagement! Hast du ein Bugtiket dazu bekommen? Ich würde gern mal reinschauen, vielleicht kann ich noch Informationen beisteuern.
@Andreas: Ist das das selbe Verhalten wie du hier schon als Bug bei IM angesprochen hattest? http://developer.vz.net/2010/06/30/xmpp-chat-beta/comment-page-14/#comment-5591

Wir haben uns das Problem mit IM+ schon ein paar mal angeschaut, können aber in unseren internen Logs keine Fehler dazu finden. An der Schnittstelle haben wir in der Zeit wo der Fehler aufkam nichts geändert.

Falls einer von euch an Fehlerlogs aus dem IM+ rankommt hilft das vielleicht weiter, ich habe noch keinen Weg entdeckt.

Ich hab das Problem mal an den Support von IM+ geleitet, die wollen sich das mal ansehen- auf alle Fälle reagieren die immer super fix :-)
Aber wenn ich meinVZ so beobachte- kein einziger Kommentar bezüglich frohes Neujahr etc., die Usergemeinde mit der ich dort befreundet bin ist relativ tot und alle sind zu Facebook… schon irre, wie schnell so ein Portal ieder von der Bildfläche verschwindet.

Eigentlich ändert sich nicht viel, nur dass die Versionsnummern hinter dem Punkt jetzt vor dem Punkt stehen. Als Techniker wars für mich vorher einfacher ;)

“Firefox plant stille Updates einzuführen, die anders als Chrome es tut, nicht Windows Sicherheitsmechanismen umgehen. Auch die Problematik der ständig inkompatiblen Plugins soll in Zukunft verschwinden.”
ABER: Das sollte man nicht jetzt planen, sondern hätte das schon vor dem Wechsel der Update-Zyklen ändern sollen.

Hi Grzegorz, what I’d really like to see is a pluggable mechanism for handling BSON in the driver. This would help more than just mapping with Jackson, other frameworks could take advantage of it too to do their own mappings.

Hi guys. Thanks for good words about my forked driver. I’ve been using it in one project for few months and it’s working quite good.
I’m going to contact 10gen and try to pull it together into main project. I hope they will help me and we’ll get good suport for Jackson mapping out of box.

However, your examples would be much easier to follow if you used some real world objects instead of generic MyPojo’s with foo and bar properties.

You know like:
